We've Been There

AND Done That

In the realm of financial services, our commitment reaches further than simple transactions to actually cultivating a personal relationship with each client. We believe that understanding your unique financial landscape is paramount to delivering tailored solutions. Our approach goes beyond numbers, bringing focus to your goals, aspirations, and challenges. By providing financial services with a personal touch, we strive to offer not just expertise but a trusted partnership. Your financial well-being is our priority, and we’re dedicated to walking this journey with you to ensure every step aligns with your individual needs and aspirations.

We're MORE Than a Consulting Firm

WestWize was built on a simple belief: that the best financial guidance doesn't come from a spreadsheet — it comes from a relationship. We take the time to understand your business, your goals, and the challenges keeping you up at night. Then we get to work.

We are a Fort Worth-based, woman & veteran-owned and operated accounting and operations firm serving small businesses, marketing agencies, and nonprofits. Our team brings a rare combination of financial precision and operational intuition — and a genuine investment in the success of every client we work with.

Our Origin Story

Named for its Founder & CEO, Rebecca Westhoff, Westhoff Solutions began as a seed planted with passion and determination to provided resources for organizations in need of expert solutions.

As it grew, Westhoff Solutions evolved to reflect the same intentionality presented to its clients and became WestWize Accounting & Operations, with the name and visual representation of the brand conveying the core principles of what the business stands for:

Westhoff Solutions

West  Your path forward. A nod to direction—and to our roots on the west side of Fort Worth, Texas.

Wize  A playful take on wisdom. Clever, creative solutions delivered with personality and purpose.

W  Representing both Westhoff, our founder's legacy, and Wisdom—the guiding principle behind our every recommendation.

The Owl

At the heart of WestWize is the owl—chosen deliberately, and with meaning.

The owl sees clearly in the dark. It navigates complexity with calm, quiet intelligence. It notices what others miss. That's exactly how we approach your finances and operations: with 360-degree awareness, careful attention to detail, and the foresight to see challenges before they become crises.

The owl also carries a more personal significance. It's a tribute to the memory of our founder's father—a man who instilled a love of learning, a habit of careful listening, and a deep respect for wisdom. His influence lives on in everything we do.
