Rebecca brings decades of experience in accounting, HR, and operations to every client engagement. She built WestWize on the belief that financial expertise should feel like partnership, not service delivery. Katie is a proud mom of three with 10 years of experience in accounting and client management. She is passionate about building strong relationships, helping clients feel supported, and creating a positive experience through communication and connection. She particularly enjoys interacting with people and being someone clients can count on and trust.

SONNETT PETERSON

Accounting professional and CPA with 14+ years of experience in nonprofit finance and operations. Sonnett manages day-to-day accounting operations, keeping financial systems organized, accurate, and running smoothly so clients can make confident decisions. Outside of work, she enjoys home renovation projects and real estate investing, though the best part of her days is her Bull Masstiff.

Lisa engaged in all areas of accounting at a Buffalo, NY ad agency for 7 years before partnering with WestWize. She currently works in AP and the Credit Card Connector, and initiated the Credit Card Connector at her previous role. Lisa was on the Workamajig Core Committee and is well-versed in one of WestWize's favored software through this experience. She enjoys spending time with her family and 3 dogs, and is a true Peloton enthusiast.

With a decade of experience spanning a variety of industries–including graphic design and nonprofit consulting–Autumn owns the branding and internal operations of WestWize, from implementing standards into templates and webpages, to managing communication software and executive support. In her free time, she enjoys teaching Japanese and experimenting in the kitchen.

Named for its Founder & CEO, Rebecca Westhoff, Westhoff Solutions began as a seed planted with passion and determination to provided resources for organizations in need of expert solutions.

As it grew, Westhoff Solutions evolved to reflect the same intentionality presented to its clients and became WestWize Accounting & Operations, with the name and visual representation of the brand conveying the core principles of what the business stands for:
